    Tried that today but used some from harbor freight that was 1/8 I believe. It's red. After cutting a few and using them, thought what if I cut one about an inch and try to reuse it. Well, works like a charm and you can get about 15 to 20 jigs on one piece. Eyes were just as clean after the last one as they were the first one.

    It's good IF you do it right! if you put the heat shrink tubing too low you get a bald spot on the jig head by the eyelet.
