    If you use bigger jigs or lures, I say go for it! I also painted some 1/8th oz ball heads and there wasn't much point.

    I hardly use larger than 1/16 but it should work the same. This might be a future project but I have a list of others, solarez UV, glow jigs, hair jigs, etc.... silly thing called work takes to much of my time....

    BSI 30 minute epoxy. After testing by banging them on the bottom of nearshore reefs I may scuff it and do 2 coats. It's a bit thick for crappie heads. Maybe hard as nails would be better for that, or maybe even clear powder paint.
