    Default Painting jigs

Momma says she's not to sure about my mind set when we were at Wally world the other day...she found me looking at the selections of nail polish. I use them sometimes to paint jig heads, and always over coat with Sally Jensens Hard as Nails, which she seems to borrow a lot...Name: 20181231_143527.jpeg

I’ve done the same thing. Actually found my favorite color was one wife already had when I put mine with hers. She wasn’t really thrilled when I found it....

Superdave, I keep my nail polish and thread for hand ties separated from hers for reason. If she needs something I have, thread wide, I will gladly share, as far as the nail polish goes, all she uses is the clear. Now if she would just actually buy some for the truck, ( she's a big rig driver), as about once a month one of mine mysteriously disappears and a completely empty one appears even if i haven't used any...lol

Trypman, we have lots of under water boulders that when the jig runs into them, after a day of this needs repainting...I fish below an overflow type dam, and lots of boulders below it. There are plenty of fish here when it's not super torrential flowing water. Might be their even with the fast moving torrential waters, just the jig moves to fast for them to see it as when it's flowing real fast the water is always foamy and no bites...

I would try using superglue type of glue and then an accelerator to make it rock hard....I used this for arrow fletchings and it works wonders,,,,here's something I saw at Home Depot that I may try Access Denied
