    Default UV paint

How do you apply the UV paint to jigs? Is this like powder paint? I have a bunch of jigs and was wondering if I could apply UV to them or if it was not worth the effort. Also will it discolor them any? Thanks

Dave I bought the powder. I heat and dip jig in primary color then straight to UV powder. Work great. Remember it is mixed with clear powder so do a quick dip because it will come out pretty thick if left to long. Seems to brighten up the color in regular light and have put them under up black lite and can tell the difference.

So this is something I couldn’t do with jigs I painted with fingernail polish? Probably best to do it with new jigs when powder coating then and not random jigs laying around....lol. Oh well good to know. Thanks

Was looking to add UV afterwards on old jigs or store bought ones.

I had looked at that but is that for use with powder coating? I can’t find directions on it.
