    Default 1/64 jig heads

I just got a new mold for pouring 1/64 jig heads.

From top to bottom, #8, #6, #6 with wire retainer, #4, #4 extra light wire...

    Nice looking pours.

Nice looking heads, did you mod the mold to hold the retailer?

I haven’t modified the mold YET. It was more of an experiment to see if it could be done. I had to hand make the wire retainer from small gauge wire in order to fit it in the mold beside the hook. If there is enough interest in it, I intend to try to modify a few cavities to get a standard retainer to fit.

There isn’t much lead holding the wire, so I would most likely paint the retainer as well as the head like I do with my 1/32 heads to make sure they are secure.

Nice work Dreamer. Don't know if I would use the #4 but it's nice to have for the days when they're finicky.

"had to hand make the wire retainer from small gauge wire in order to fit" - try staples, lots cheaper
