    Default 2014 Keystone Outback Travel Trailer on Green River Lake Campbellsville KY


    Nice 2014 Keystone Outback Travel trailer model 312BH with Arctic Barrier option. Has 2 large slide outs. Trailer is located on a nice lot in Phillips Camp Ground (The Tackle Box) on Lone Valley Road just across from the entrance to Green River Lake State Park. Trailer is in excellent condition with sewer, water and electric hooked up so simple to empty sewage and gray water. Trailer is 35' long and is set up to sleep 10 people. It is in excellent condition and roadworthy should you want to move it. Includes 2 sleeper couches one a queen the other a full size , 3 bunk beds, table turns into a bed plus a master bedroom with a queen size bed. 2 flat screen TV's. In addition the unit has an outside kitchen including another refrigerator, gas cook top and sink with hot and cold water. Includes its own grill attached to the rear.

    Located on a large lot that can accommodate a boat as large as a pontoon with room for additional parking. Offering for sale only because the wife has found one she likes better. More pictures on request. 8595366043

    Does that price include the lot? And what is the size of the lot?

    in a camp ground I would think the lot is rented by the campground owners. However it would be nice to know what the rent is or if the lot is owned by the person selling

    The camp ground owns the property. You can pay monthly, or annually. Figures out to be 170.00 per month. Does not include utilities which for sewer, water and electric run around 50.00 per month or it has for us.
