Thread: New Minnkota Bluetooth iPilot Link Remote

I had a problem with my remote about a month ago. I tried going through Minnkota for repair or replace , but their customer service is terrible. Went back and forth with them for two weeks just to get an answer on if a batter replacement would work or if I had to replace it. When you send them an email it may be 3-4 days before you hear back and it’s never the same person so you have to start over again. I finally got frustrated and ordered a new remote from BBG and had it two days later. The day after I got my new remote, minnkota sent me a return label and said as soon as I ship mine it’ll trigger them to send my replacement. Two weeks after I sent mine I received the replacement. So much for a trigger lol.

Anyway I have a brand new remote I don’t need now. I paid $270 or so with shipping. I’ll take $200 plus whatever freight , probably $10 or so. PayPal is fine.

I’ll leave this up for a couple weeks here then it goes on EBay.
