Most Jon boats of that length will have the extra seats, especially used ones.
And finding a used one with that beam width could pose a problem also.
I looked for a used 14’ open floor plan for months here in FL where there is no shortage of used Jon boats.
I ended up buying a new leftover Alweld bare boat from a dealer at a very good price.
Alweld does build the boat your looking for. It might pay to call them for a catalog and the name of the closest dealer.
Richard Genes boat is an Alweld, i believe 15x60 with the V front. But they make a square front also.

Richard said his Alweld was a 16' in one of his videos.

Common size for 16 footers is 48 inches wide and I remember seeing a 54 inch. 1860s is a common size also. If you’re looking for short and wide you might look up a used air boat hull also out

1656 is a common size. Best bet to buy one is from a duck hunter who is upgrading from a traditional welded hull to a performance duck boat like Havoc or Edge.

I have an Alweld catalog which is from last year, and the widest beam i see for a 16’ is 56” which is probably what Richards is.
That would be on the very bottom, not at deck level which is wider. I dont see 60” bottom width till 17’ on a few models.
Miine is 14’ with a 42” bottom width, but i put a plywood floor on top of the stringers and it is about 47” wide. Very little trimmed off of a full sheet in either length or width from front seat to rear seat, all open deck space.
So Richards would be over 60” wide on the deck.
