Default Lakefront rv with two decks and floating dock on High Rock Lake

I am selling my rv in Marsh campground at High Rock Lake in nc. It is an almost new 2018 Coachman Catalina 30 footer that has been slept in a total of 6 times. Setup, underpinned, everything hooked up and ready to go. Need to sell this week or I am pulling it out. Asking $22000 for everything. That includes buying the camper, equipment, decks, and dock. You own all those, but rent the lot.Name: rv3.jpg

Yep. I gave over 20 for the camper and then paid $3650 for the two decks and dock. I also bought a new water pump and ran new water lines. Put a new recliner in the camper and $200 mattress topper. Paid $500 for setup as well. Figure I have between $26K and $27K in it and several days work underpinning and hooking everything up. Wife misses fishing lake hickory so selling it and the pontoon to buy a nice smaller deep v like a Lund.

Looking for more information on campground location and camper layout/model number. Looks really nice.

Lot rents for $2250 per year with a few small fees for docks and decks so totals right at $2500 per year. Pulling it out next week if it does not sell and will sell rv by itself.
Thanks need2befishin thanked you for this post
