    It's really not regulated as far as time you can stay as it may seem.. I have had it for 10 years and stay there pretty much 3 days a week year round and stay for a week or so at a time several times a year .. that's more than enough time for me ..heck a fellow can only fish so much LOL! .. only reason I am selling it it I have moved closer ( 25 minutes ) and now just drive there and head back home.

    Is there a secure place to park a boat while your not there and is there a rule about leasing it out.

    Yes I have left my boat there for a extended period with no problems ... as Far as sub leasing it out that's not permitted..

    I still have my camp for sale .. I sure would like to get it sold before winter sets in. Open to reasonable offers
