    Default Christmas presents

One of the hardest decisions is what to buy my wife and what do I want for Christmas. As seniors we seem to have everything we really need. So what is new out there in the fishing world that I may not have but need. Also what are you guys buying your wifes, mothers and girl friends.
Lets talk about basic needs for beginners and how and where you have success with these products also.
All the best in the holidays as they can sometimes be stress full.

I am so desperate for my wifes presents that I got her a tire pressure gauge to keep in her car. She is on a diet so no candy and she has plenty of jewelry.????
I will start a list for beginners: When bank fishing slip bobbers are needed when fishing depths of 10 feet or deeper. They are inexpensive and easy to use. What is your favorite plastics? There seems to be plenty to chose from and buying several can add up in expenses.

Hmmm. I got my wife a gift card for a clothing store, a winter coat and shoes she needed/wanted, a couple things for the kitchen, a new purse, two Amish double wedding ring pillow shams and cash.

I am now into pulling cranks so hopefully I get a couple.

Bobber stops are good to have in supply for slip bobber fishing. I like Aberdeen hooks. Slab and G sauces, Crappie nibbles. Fishing line. The sauces work well and they combined with a nibble can be deadly IMO. if I am bank fishing I like a soft side shoulder carried tackle bag with hard cases inside. A good fillet knife (either manual, electric or battery powered is nice to have.

A tackle pack from bonehead tackle would be cool.

I got my wife a new winter coat that she hinted about, two pairs of shoes that she wanted, an amish Christmas book that she wanted, and a new bathroom. My presents are a Lowrance ghost trolling motor, a 3 bank NOCO charger, and 2 Amped lithium batteries. Doing away with my minn kota terrova and going with the ghost so that my livescanner deploys and stows with the ghost. Just need the weather to co-operate so I can get everything switched out.

It sounds like there was some good little boys and girls in your household Deep-V. It may be a while before you get things set up on your boat with the weather coming in shortly. I am a Steelers fan also. Perhaps a year of rebuilding will do them good in the future.
