Secret decoder ring works like this. example-- 9.02.9 equals-- 9pounds, 2ounces, 9 tens of an ounce. FIVE fish limit.
Second group of numbers is big fish. Same format. 49 teams. Fishing was slow. Winner only caught five fish all day, not counting a few catfish.
Note the number of 2# fish. Winner nearly averaged 2#.
