    Marburg completely open. Talked to a lot of anglers today but nobody has found any fish. One guy bringing his boat in said he didn't mark any fish.

    Took my boat out yesterday. Put in at Mahaney and rode up lake. Water is over seven foot lower than summer pool so had to be very careful to try to stay in the river channel. Made it to the area I wanted to fish and was disappointed that no fish were there. Headed northeast and found a nice mess of crappies over brushpiles in ten feet. Jig and bobber did the job on them.
