    Default Getting cold

When I went to check my water line traps this morning there was some ice on the creek. This was the first time I have seen it this year. I threw another log in the wood stove when I got back and warmed my hands. Perhaps I am getting soft in my old age but I think I will be ready for spring well before it comes. I want to do more crappie fishing in other areas and want to use our camper. I can not take a boat or my canoe so does anyone have any suggestions on locations?

Not sure , but should have mentioned Shenango Lake too. The marina is under new ownership, but don't know if they have rentals. But it's a Corp lake, and a camp site there, is way cheaper than a state camp ground is. You can get a federal pass to use, that is for senior citizens, that saves you money.
