Some guys pay leases to hunt others land. So usually they also get the permission to post it. But there are those who in the past hunted others land, without getting permission. Mt parents had a small farm, and we had a pasture, with barbed wire. And they would either wrap the wires to go thru, or sometimes cut or broke it. Don't ask me how many times a year, we had to go chasing after the cows. Cause sure enough, they would always find the spots. We also had a strand of electric wire, and that they would stop to the ground. So truthfully, I have no respect for those who don't give a dam, about peoples property.

Last year a bunch of hunters thought that they would hunt the land around my place, that was all posted. Parked their cars at different places. Then proceeded to hunt all of the properties, that were legally posted. Someone saw them, and called the game warden, who then showed up, then called the police, to assist in catching them, But we never heard what happened to them.

Could the virus have had anything to do with that?
With people not working and the bars closed, maybe fishing was a viable alternative? lol

Was the Covid-19 the reason for more fishing? Yes, and why dealers pretty much sold all their boats, and campers stores sold more than usual also. Stores also sold more fishing equipment.
