Fishing conditions were still tough today as well with the frisky Shenango breeze. Captain Joe and I put 8 quality crappies on ice. We tossed back some smaller ones along with several white bass. Pink/white tube jig was the best play in 11-12 feet of water.

All boat launches are currently open. Non-electric campsites are still available at the campground and can be reserved in advance or on-site at recreation.gov. All playgrounds are closed in accordance with state and CDC guidelines. Picnic shelters are limited to a maximum occupancy of 25. Chestnut Run, including the picnic shelter, is open but the beach itself is closed to swimming.
