Thread: Shenango Lake has risen 2 Feet

NOTICE: The Mahaney, Clark and Golden Run areas are closed due to poor weather conditions.
NOTICE: The Chestnut Run Swim Beach area is open for the winter season. A reminder, ice conditions are highly variable at Shenango due to our flood control mission. The only way to be completely safe is to stay off the ice.

Went up to check ice today. Shoreline is pretty sketchy right now. Should lock up in the next few days. That rain we got has the lake level rising which makes the shorelines open water. Be careful if you’re going out this weekend.
