Glad you were able to get out for a little while.
Weather just now starting to turn a little around here . Finally getting down into the 60’s at night . That’ll help drop the water temps .
Should be changing down your way in a few weeks .
No pics, got about an hour and a half before the looming storms ran me off and it was after four when I started. I had sat around the house all I could and checked the weather and saw a window. That was all it took, I hooked up and kissed my Queen. I think I got six fish of a mixed bag. Two LMB and one was real small, two crappie and one was over twelve inches, a catfish and one of my prized CNBG. I said a prayer of thanks and outran the rain. The pattern of a month go has changed greatly. The rains have raised the river and the flow has started which moves the fish from their summer slow water haunts. The water temps are still 85* so the crappie make an occasional appearance but it short and inconsistent. Good to see all the activity on the forum, means everyone is getting out and finding some. Hope y’all have a good week and I’ll check in again soon. Til then……Skeet

Way to get out there and stretch the line some before the rain. Good job, sounds enjoyable.
