    Thats very observant! The thought never crossed my mind until you wrote it, and then I remembered something very similar to those (I had to look them up to see what they looked like) kept landing on my lines all day long! They looked like they were mating though (two flying around “attached”). Almost like miniature dragonflies.

    It's a male gill, but not a copper nose. Just like the male gills here in Missouri and we don't have copper nose. Copper nose prefer warmer climates.
