    Default No bream

The wife and I went on a little anniversary trip. We go to a lake somewhere, she quilts and I fish. I had never been to this lake but it’s always fun fishing new water. For two days no bream crappie, bass and either stripper or white bass. It was cold and water temp was in the low 50’s.

Bream are fun , but when others are more cooperative, you have to fill with it .

It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

That’s a good trip that I’d be happy with. Helps keep the cabin fever at bay for a while.

some fish beats no fish in lip poker all day long , bream seem to get really slow when the water hits the low 50 range in these parts , but it is mostly because of where they go and not a wont bite factor ,worms on the bottom will make them bite in a few places I visit , but as of lately it is just too cold for me to bother with the fish
    congrats on ketchn some fish
