My three smallest different species caught this morning.
A tiny LM , a tiny green sunfish and the smallest warmouth of the morning .

They’re pretty little fellers! I’ve caught large and smallmouth the size of the LMB but the panfish are sure nuff tiny.

When I drove from Fort Hood back to NM I planned the trip so I could fish the evening at the LLano river. I was fishing this large pool where an old cowboy was sitting on a bucket fishing for catfish. I was doing my thing catching smaller fish on my fly rod, and noticed that cowboy was watching me. When I got near him I asked if he wanted to try to fly rod. He declined, but noted that I had more fun catching bait than anyone he had ever seen.

Pulled this little fellow out from under a rock this morning fishing for green sunfish.
Looks like she has a full belly .
