Talking Feed Bluegill What They Want

if you want to catch Panfish like Bluegill, Perch, Sunfish and Red Worms you have to feen them what they want. These type fish love WAX WORMS and MEAL WORMS. The problem with live bait is that they steal the bait or it easily tears off the hook. Feed them something they will eat and that doesn't tear apart.

These WAX WORM and MEAL WORM imitations made from strips of ordinary latex balloons will definitely get their attention and definitely will get bit. Put some "Slab Sauce" or a crappie nibble on them and give them a try. I posted how YOU CAN MAKE THESE on this thread. https://www.crappie.com/crappie/jig-...5562-rojoguio/

Here is a picture. Have fun. I am so glad to see the Panfish forum. There are millions and millions of America who love to catch Panfish. I am one of them.

I never lost my love for catching Bluegill my friend. That is why I first started making lures by soldering 'Pinmins" they are also called ice fishing spoons not. LOL

Good post, ship. Mealworm imitations can really hammer them.

Those look awesome! I am a bit curious though, how quickly does the water deteriorate the latex from the balloons?

I coat the lures with head cement. Not a problem. I have had some lures in the test tank for three months with no deteriation.
