Default Just me wondering about color

If you disregard the usual factors like water color and type of sky...

Would you choose a florescent/neon color or the duller everyday version of the same color for a jig body??? You can only take 1 of the choices.

I mostly fish more natural colors. Usually a two yone. Lighter belly and darker back. That is what I have the most success with. Possibly because those are the colors I have the most confidence in.

Would be tough to decide just one but would be between gray ghost or white/chartreuse

Ya I get all that. Let me word it differently.
If you were choosing a yellow body. Would you opt for a brighter or duller yellow based on previous catches?

For me it would depend on the water clarity

I throw a lot of brighter colors, yellow and pearl white is one. I also throw lots of olive and pearl. And very few of us have water darker than I do. One lure doesn’t work here. There’s days they play the color game. If you look at my latest thread you’ll see the blue ice that I use probably 3 or 4 of to 1 of anything else. You also know me, never a short answer.

Bright yellow. As an aside, I wasn't real sure about blue ice until I used it. Really looks like a small minnow. Bright yellow has a shine to it that also looks "lively", imo.
