    Default Thank You BnM rods

I just want to thank BnM for being an awesome folks to deal with.
I bought a BnM TCB rod this past March from an online retailer
It was my second TCB rod , to be a backup rod of sorts .
It was September before I fished it and on the first cast using 2# line and a 1/64 TM lure , it snapped completely into just above where the two pieces connect .
I notified where I bought the rod , asking what I could do to get another tip section and after two months of playing e-mail tag , I was told to contact B&M because they didn’t have any replacement tips .
It took two months in part because I was trying to be being patient , not bombarding them emails asking about the status of my request , because I realize how busy a lot of companies are and short handed because of Covid . But I feel like I should have been told to contact BnM when I first enquired about a replacement.
I messaged BnM on their site and within hours got a response asking for photos, which I immediately sent .
While waiting; I searched around on BnM’s site and found the replacement tips and ordered one .
Today I got a rod tube with two replacement tips for my TCB rod .
    Thank You BnM !

It is good to have companies that stand behind their products. Good for B&M

Very nice, gillchaser, and good to know! The TCB/TSS rods are really fun rods to fish! Hopefully it isn’t a bad batch, but the company backed their product!

For the money those are good rods. Here in the near future will be giving a couple more away on my channel. Glad you got a replacement tip.

To clarify, I ordered one replacement tip and BnM supplied the other under warranty.
The service was quick and the lady that dealt with was as nice as she could be .
Who could ask for more than that .
This was my backup rod that broke . I ordered it after fishing and enjoying a TCB rod for a couple of months before deciding to get a backup .
I think it was just a defect in that particular tip section and BnM honored their warranty.
