    No doubt !
This is the most active friendly-angler side bar none! I fish to discover & share - that's it!
If the advice, tips or general knowledge is of use, so much the better because we all build on that to become better anglers and get more fish to bite.
Sad that a majority of forums are dead or so opinionated that they're not even worth visiting much less posting on which is the reason Crappie.com is the only shortcut on my home page.

You're a true fishing Ambassador (or should I say Ambassadeur, like the ABU reels). I'm sure that gentlemen will remember your assitance and guidance.

So I gave him a jig head and a few lures along with the presentation needed to fish the gaps in the pads. I think he greatly appreciated the gesture.

I told him about this forum, my user name and how we all share information. Should be interesting if he shows up cause I'm sure he'll want more of those lures and how to make them once he catches fish. Surprising was the brand of braid he and I both use which few do!
Just my nature to do that as well. I have some friends that I see fishing that I met that way near 20 years ago now. We do what we’re told to do.
Listen to your gut over all the other voices.

Largemouth, smallmouth, spotted and numerous other freshwater bass are members of the sunfish family too.

Cruising the waters of Pennsylvania are 17 sunfish family species. Other common fish such as crappies and rock bass are also sunfish. Banded, longear and warmouth sunfish are endangered.
Have caught all of them and love their aggressive nature!
