and one is a survivor of some sort of major trauma , whatever got it's dorsal fin likely had major trauma to its lip though
these here little warmouth baby fish have no problem hanging with larger fish it seems.
managed a whopping 2 in a row yesterday , both about the size of a chicken nugget
on a side note , notice the difference in coloration , came from the same spot a second or 3 apart .

bet at the time it was a pretty darn serious injury for the little fella ,notice the spot where its scale regrowth is going in multiple directions near its anal fin , something really chewed on it pretty hard .
it had multiple areas where you could see regrowth from a serious skin injury in its past

If it makes it to bedding it has some pretty good genes to pass on. Looks to be a survivor!
