Good job, and all look healthy.
My good fortune continues! The cold weather has slowed the bedding activity. I was basically bed picking today. Although I did find a new bluegill bed. Caught 30 shell cracker….15 redbreast…and 20 bluegill. Also had the 17 inch largemouth....one more battle with that fish. All fish caught using a Bison colored Trout Magnet on a 1.5 gram jig head. Rod was same as before…the Abu Garcia Diplomat Extreme 6’ 2” UL Area Trout Rod strung up with the 1.8# test polyester line. I would have stayed longer but one…or both…..trolling batteries were going bad. Stopped on way home and got 2 new ones. Today was more fun than should be allowed by the law…LOL.

What another great day you had! Congrats and thanks for the ride along. Real nice smallie! No messing around with those batteries, eh? LOL

Good job!
Fun times for sure!
Wow, 4 good species to battle with. These cold nights are for sure holding the fish off more than usual. Next week or two should bring another wave up though, and sounds like you will be ready for them. Good catch, will be watching for the video.

On the batteries for your TM. Consider using Lithium batteries if you haven’t already. I switched over to Lithium in my bass boat and my pond boat. Best thing I ever did. Amazing performance and they are very lightweight. 3,000 cycles instead of 300. They have much larger usable capacity over lead/acid batteries. I will likely never have to buy another TM battery. Value in the long run is off the charts.
I got two of these for my bass boat —

That spot is paying big dividends for you. I need to get out and find some more beds and hopefully have your success.
Looks like a great time on the water.
The love for fishing is one of the best gifts you can pass along
You can say that again, Stan. Same here in SE PA, at least as far as stream fishing goes. Had a 3 specie day yesterday, no quantity but a fun few hours on the water. Here we are still messing around darn near mid May! Things should really be cooking about now.
