I have been using 2lb SOS line. It breaks above its rating which is kind of what I need. This fish was wrestled off of a duck blind made of cane. If you can't turn her fairly quickly, you will not land her. The Majorcraft Triplecross is what nailed her. I vertical jig these blinds but there's not many of them because they're supposed to tear the blinds down by March 5th.

Beautiful dish! Clearly a pound plus. We remember fish like that clearly, not many reach that size. I fish cypress a lot and I know about turning them or saying goodbye. I had 3 yesterday that just came unbuttoned.
