    Default Black pelvic fins???


    I’ve fished a good number of years and never saw these fins black. We caught several on a bed like this. What say you?Name:  IMG_0835.jpg

    I'd say spawning colors. Here in Ga. the males will darken up just like a male crappie in the middle of the spawn. I think it's natures way of telling the females I'm ready let's do this thing. Scott

    not sure why we about never see a boy red ear in these parts .
    but I have seen several that were really dark in the past here and there
    sum kawl me tha outlaw ketchn whales
