Default Killin' Em with Red Wigglers

Hit my back yard pond for a few hours this afternoon before the rain rolled in. Tried red wigglers under a float and the gills ate them up. Caught 27, the best session on this pond in a while! I hope this trend continues.

Nice Fish! And there’s that sweet little rod again, also nice. If the monsoons hold off I’m looking for some of those myself this weekend.

finally found bedding area of them yesterday on private lake after looking for years and it was right after I had got into some spawning crappie! kept a dozen or so of your size but know where they are now. might have to come back for both with the fly rod my BIL gave me last year when he gave up fishing. WTG nothing like a mess o BG bulls on light tackle! unless it's right after a 30 fish limit of spawning crappie up on the bank as well
