Does anyone order from this company. They are about $30 cheaper on the same reel as others, even with shipping.

Thanks Randy, hope your recovery is going well. You do know you're the one who got me started spending this kind of money on tackle.

Was not aware of that...hope you’re enjoying the journey. My recovery is going well....but is slow. However, in anticipation of being able to get along rivers better I have ordered my very first stream trout rod....the 2020 TenRyu Rayz Spectra 6’ 1”. It should be here tomorrow. Got the last one Chris had. Now I need to get some JDM trout cranks to go with it.

    Regards

@Alphahawk : Try the Duo Realis Spearhead Ryuki 45s. This little sinking plug is deadly on our Chattahoochee river trout. It has a more erratic action than the Rapala countdown, and the hooks do not foul on the cast like the Rapala seems to do a lot. The Ayu OB and Gold Yamame colors seem to be preferred by the trout.

Congratulations on the new rod, and I do hope you will do a short video explaining and showing the difference between an Area Trout Rod and a Stream Rod, as defined and built by the Japanese companies.

Will do Joe. Been looking at those for a while now and as the saying goes think long think wrong...LOL. Not many available now. I don't care for trebles but I already have the single hooks to change out so that is not a problem. Where did you get yours?

I am on the Duo Realis "VIP" list and can buy direct from them, but the minimum is 15 pieces. I'm no VIP, I was an early adopter and fan of the "spybait", the Spinbait 80 and G-Fix 80 (deadly on suspended bass), and had some issues with the eye unscrewing. The company took care of me, and fixed the issue. I have a bunch, PM your address and I'll send you one or two.
