Default Temps. heading for the 30's

so I took advantage of the nice weather today. Used 1" Gulp alive minnows and small pieces of nightcrawlers under a float. The crappies hit hard but the Gills barely moved the float. Enjoyable day for Nov. 29.Name: DSC00359.jpg

Has been in the 40's daytime and around 30 at night. Today it was sunny and around 52. Makes it comfortable to fish when you get a warm day, however, it doesn't seem like it warms the water much.

    Congrats on some nice catches.

It was warm today. Hit 70 here with rain. The days are just too short to heat the water much. The crappie have been on fire lately. Haven't even tried for gills in a while.

A very good trip and mixed bag. Nice when you don’t know what to expect on the next hit.

Nice fish! I liked the look of that old reel in the first photo.
