Thread: more sunfish fishing!!

That technique can be as deadly as there is. One summer I used a thill slip bobber and fly almost exclusively. Once I got the depth and correct amount of weight on for the drift it was a fish a cast. I need to try that again.

Nice video & fish. You and I were on the same page today, although I waited for it to warm up a bit. Here's a few pics from over in southwest Pa. today using beaded fly and a popper, both with a small strike indicator. Water was cold but fish had alot of spunk today. Had quite a few jump while reeling in. Good times.

Nice catches. Gotta try the fly and the popper. I've recently had some gills slap at my bobber when reeling slowly.

True happens to me they hit the bobber sometimes hahhah
