Same here, even caught a catfish or two if memory serves. Had a Daiwa ultralight I took everywhere (had four pieces and a little case to take camping), and with beetle-spins it was a blast.

used the mister twister in white as my go to lure for years and it would ketch everything. have gotten away from using it but nothing is more versatile and it's so dang cheap too, so when you ketch a sale you can stack up enough for along time.
