A good combo, you’ll be pleased. The 25 size President isn’t much bigger and handles about the same. I have a few 20’s and a few 25’s and I’m happy with them all. Just bought some Sufix nanobraid in 2lb but haven’t gotten it wet yet. I can say it’s tiny in diameter and casts well in the yard. Have fun with the new rig.

Put a pressp20x reel on a B N M 5' dock shooter, hard to put the darn thing down. Pflueger president reels paired with B N M rods are a fantastic combo.
Another combo that you don't here a lot about is the Pflueger rod/reel combo, namely their 4'8" rod paired with a pressp20x reel. Extremely accurate casting, impressive distance casting with light jigs and has no problem handling up to +/- 25" catfish. They can be had for $70 shipped to your door from dick's sporting goods. Typical $$$ for pressp20x reels are +/- $50, they're adding a cork handled graphite rod for another $20.
