Default Frogs ,Lotus, Swimming and Sunfish

    We ketched some frogs
    We ketched some Lotus
We ketched some swimming ....and ....
    We ketched some sunfish
Here is a fish story for yawl ,We are not ketchn much , the bluegills just dont want to cooperate , the best spot seems to not have hardly a bite ?
We managed quite few ,but most of them were not in the spot we normally hammer them ?
So my little one is in that spot and everyone is trying to get a bite , the struggle is real and there are 7 of us tying to ketch fish and its quite a bit of lost my bait , my line is tangled , this reel wont work , i have the bottom and etc etc etc .
So i am trying to help here and there and trying to maybe ketch one in between and all the sudden the little is like DAD help me I have a really BIG fish !
Well i didnt react fast as i thought ok ok its a nice bluegill right ? I say reel it in and she is saying i cant its to big i need help . Well it appeared it was hung under the dock and she just had something that wasnt a fish . I took the rod from her and it got REAL right quickly !
This HUGE bass came out right FAST and bout took the rod out of my hand and had me stretched out like gumby wishing i hadn't tightened that drag down all the way ! It came to the top and EVERYONE was like OH MY GOLLY
It turned and ran back under the dock and straightened out the hook darnit
Now mind you i got a REAL good look at it at high noon in crystal clear water and it really was STUPID BIG ....maybe not 10 but pushing it for sure at 2 foot long and thick as your thigh .
she insists it counts as a ketch since she almost reeled it in and we got to see it and even got to watch it spank daddy
we brought the grill and made us shore burgers and swam till we was water logged chased frogs in the grass by the water ,we went sight seeing and smelling the lotus blossums and there was hardly a soul there but us ....mighty nice day ...
thats my day off and my story and we were sure enough having FUN in the SUN with the aluminum oxide paint jobs on them faces
    KABOOM is the word
p.s. we should have used hotdogs instead of worms , they eat them better and they work as chum and your hands dont get near as nasty with awl dat worm dirt

Good story and that old green carp will be back for more. I like the Gill pics, never gets old seeing those colorful rascals.
