    Has anybody heard when EMS will start shipping again?... I placed a order on the 4th and it hasn't moved...

    They’re not shipping to USA yet...they started back to Europe but have no clue when it will start back for USA. As to contacting PayPal I would go ahead and do it. Whoever you bought it from will get the items back.

    Apparently EMS is shipping now, but it also appears they still have at least a two-month backlog of shipments to the US.

    When they stopped accepting new shipments last spring I had heard it was because they already had a four month backlog.

    I would not expect EMS to accept new shipments to the US until Japan accepts US visitors. By far, most international commercial flights go both ways. When one way is closed off, the other way will be severely restricted as well.
