It's rare that I have to think hard what fish will strike, especially sunfish, sunfish or bass in the same water. Of the 38 fish I caught yesterday, most were crappie along with about 10 nice size gills caught on a variety of soft plastics rigged on 1/24 or 1/16 oz lures. Depth averaged 5-8'. Here are a few:

Fish were caught from 9am - 4pm using slow retrieves and pauses with rod tip twitches. Crappie Magnet grubs did well.
