Great rod! The BnM TCB might be the same blank as the TSS? With different guides?

Alphahawk, can you elaborate if they are the same blank or just similar?

ALphahawk May have completed a review of this rod. There are differences but they fish very similar. I bought a spare TSS otherwise I would have bought one.

The differences are very slight. Of course the guide sets are different. The TCB rod is about 1/2 inch longer than the TSS. They both cast the same distance but with the TSS rod you do not get the line slap due to the MicroWave guides. They both fish the same. I do know that the rods are not made in the same facility.

I was under the assumption that the "TSS " series was not to be continued . Is the B/M version "TCB" not replacing it ?

I have no clue. I was never told they would not still sell them. Maybe they will sell until current inventory is gone.....I don’t know. I know at the 2 fishing shows this past year in TN the TSS rods sold like hot cakes.

I called and spoke with the Leland folks back in January, they stated they had no plans to discontinue the TSS rod.
