This kind of fishing is really fun. Had a mess of bream the other day fixed old style (Scaled) and pan fried.

If you are fishing the Center Hill area keep a look out for the Trout Magnet Boat and Man. His videos and reviews of the Trout Magnet Brand and the SOS line and TSS rods have sold a bunch of product. If you hear “Shoot Fire” and “That Joker’s a digging” that’s him, and I am sure he will share some great information with you about UL fishing.

I’ve been using that line for a couple years and like it. Doesn’t seem to have as much memory as others. Strong also.

That sounds like it will be a super setup. It should feel light as a feather. My TSS with a Pflueger 20 and 2lb Stren comes in at I think 8.2 oz! It is a blast to fish! Be warned (haha), the U/L road adds so much to your fishing!

UL fishing is worse $$$$ than getting into crappie spider rigging, $$$$ But I love it. LOL

I really like the SOS 2lb as well. I recently switched back to it because I think the 3lb Sunline I purchased was scaring the shellcracker when sight fishing for them. It is a pretty vivid green color, maybe it scared them. Anyway, I like the 2lb sos line..particularly for the money!

I bought some on clearance at Walmart last year for $2.50. Never had heard of it at the time. Wish I had bought a lot more.
