    They are in private lakes...ponds in Tennessee. The state has not stocked any waters with copper nose...nor will they. There is one TWRA family fishing lake that has them....Laurel Hill Lake. Years ago someone decided to put some in from a private lake about 5 miles from Laurel Hill. They have now mixed with the northern strain bluegill in the lake....lots of them but no weight to them. I have a couple of videos on my channel of me and my son catching them at Laurel Hill.
