    I closed the truck door on my baby bluegill reel the other day
    by by little Lews ….next reel please
    and I so wanted to they that fresh spool of 2 lb SOS ….
    darn the bad luck I tell ya
    p.s. I refrained from taking photos as it was a ghastly wound …..

    Very sad to hear. I once closed an electric window and lopped off the top 8 inches of one of my favorite rods.

    Oh no! My kids bought me a very pricey rod and reel for Father’s Day two years ago,first trip out I snapped 6” of the tip off........I cried a little !
