Default New Triple Cross Duo Gets Crappie

    Hey guys

i got my brother and I a triple cross rod. So we went out in the kayaks and had a blast. We got twelve nice crappie. Numerous bass, and sun fish. It was a great day. This is my brothers rod. We are both new to JDM. But I can see where it can get addictive. Now hopefully we don’t break a rod tip. Good luck everybody and thanks for all the quality info on Triple Cross rods.

A good day fishing anywhere! Good job guys. Nothing better than breaking in a new rod.

Awesome start! I used to use those rod floats on my rods when floating creeks because I got tired of loosing things when it would take a spill. But I quit using them because to me they seem to reduce the sensitivity of the rod. It may have just been in my mind.

Great catch. The Triple Cross is just an all around good rod. It seems to handle the bigger fish with ease.

Makes sense. The floats increase the weight of the rod and may provide some damping too.
