    Default Triple Cross Question

Put my new Triple Cross together, and was surprised at how much of the male section of the ferrule shows. Is this normal?
Seems a little odd considering the Japanese eye for detail, fit and finish.

Spigot ferrule. Been around on better rods for years. Eliminated flat spots in 2 piece rods.

    Regards

Now I'm gonna have to put my 3 other JDM rods together to check them. I have never noticed until today. The others are all SUL or XUL, so thinner blanks perhaps less noticable.
    I need to go fishing.
    Thanks all.

Tenryu and Chris over at Finesse even make a point to tell you not to worry about it. Normal and fish on!
