    Nice. I was thinking of breaking out my Beetle Spins but thought it might be too early. Maybe not!

    Well done. I look forward to getting into some mixed bag sunfish very soon... and I've always loved the roadrunners and beetle spins.

    My first spinner I tie on is a trout version rooster tail with a single hook. Fire Tiger. Much more weedless than the other in line spinners. Have a box of roosters, another of beetles, and a bunch of runners. Got the bases covered, methinks.

    Recommend changing out to 1/8 jighead, performance check, try adding next size blade if not running true. Little bit of work but easy enuf for gettin' er dun!
