Thread: Help with putting together a rig

Been reading this forum every day for the past year with thoughts of doing some serious ultralight fishing in my new state of Utah. After moving in June and with all the new home activities and honey do’s it was pretty poor attempt at getting out. Small wallet size I picked up a Revro reel in the 1000 size. Also bought some 3lb Sunline Troutist line to spool it up. Been eyeing the MC sul 6’3” finetail banshee. Would this combo work for bank fishing for trout fishing along with panfish and white bass with some small mouths mixed in every once in a while? Might be fishing with floats as well as just casting jigs 1/64 to 1/32. Price seems to fit for me just need to get serious about some. Fishing this year soon as the ice melts.

Great rod also....I have that model, the 2018 Fine Tail Fax SUL 632. It is very sensitive.
