    Default BnM Leyland TCB Rods

Hi all. I was just at BnM’s site and as previously reported by Alphahawk BnM now has the Leyland TCB rod listed as a new item for 69.99. The guides are different from the Trout magnet version. I really like the TM version and I think I will buy a spare from TM while they’re still available for 49.99. I’m changing over my Rebel lures to single hook and plan on using that rod for them in the coming season. Even at the higher price the rod is a really fun rod to fish, and pretty sensitive. I hear my little Luna will spoil me real fast, but if you like UL this is a nice rod for the money.

OUCH, love the rod but hate the $20 price increase. I thought about buying another while I could from trout magnet as I too love the rod but don't really need another.

I'm kind of in the same boat as to not really needing it at this time, but as I don't have a deep inventory of UL rods I think for the money it is worth stocking an extra. If I had a ton of rods I probably would take a pass. Think of it as another way to squander the kid's inheritance! LOL

I saw the BnM video on Crappie Now this week showcasing the new rod and thought the same thing. My spare rod will be here tomorrow.

Does anyone know if they are lighter than the old style rods? Is everything else the same as the old rod, except the guides? There wasn’t much info online.

It may be a few grams lighter. I won't know until February.

Go on, make the call. You knowing you want it. You’ll hate yourself if you don’t and they’re gone. Do I need to go on?
