    Default Micro baits ?

Pretty much YES , because if you try to use these lil things on a trotline I think they would be considered micro baits

I’m glad I’m not the only one that catches those little ones.

I catch hogs all the time -meaning fish that make hogs of themselves striking lures too large for their mouths:

Was using 2" swimbaits on a 1/16 oz jig size 4 hook and was nailing all species of the lake from crappie, perch, pickerel, bass, bluegill and even catfish! the biggest one so far is this bass from the last few weeks. getting a bit cold tho!

NICE!!!! You made my day! Keep em com'n !

Lure design IMO is about what works most of the time and confirming it over and over regardless the species. If you had told me 20 years ago I would be catching catfish on soft plastics and carp on blade baits, I would have called the loony toon squad. But catching is proof that can't be ignored or denied. Glad to share my discoveries with anyone willing to consider changing points of view regarding what fish strike.
