    Default Good late season fishing

The late summer is my favorite time of the year to fish. I like it even better than spring. The launch ramps are close to being high and dry and the weather is changing so it's just about over for me for the year. We're targeting bluegill but catching some nice perch and some average size crappie along with them. The shape of the fish is excellent, fat and meaty.

Nice haul! Looks like that cooler has seen some serious use over the years!

A very good cooler shot. That would be enough fillets for my queen and I for a while.

Lots of fiberglass patches inside and outside. I've used it since the mid 80's.

That's a good bunch of fun catching and good eating in those pictures.
Yes, I was talking to myself; sometimes even I have to ask for expert advice.
