Default Must be the YEAR ?

of the red ear ?? I just ketched ANOTHER one on a 15 minute stop at the ole river behind my job yesterday ?? I mean in these parts you see a red ear about once a year maybe if you are so lucky ….
and then here is another one 20 miles from the one the other day ?
anyway it wasn't much for a bite and it was pretty hot and my intention was to jerk a few bream and that is what I did before I went on to get some lunch .
half a dozen beats none though ….
sure was dandy lemon colored fish and pretty thick too .

Gotta love those redears! I'm going after some of those rascals next week. Fight even better than a bluegill!

Pretty fish. I’d have been happy with those myself.

I've feel the same way. Several outings this year to BG fish I have tied into many larger SC. What has confused me is how shallow they were.
